EU-built · Launching July 2026

The operational system
your business runs on.

Documents, contracts, the team, time off, equipment, the vault for everything that must stay locked, expenses, polls — and the insights that emerge when all of it finally lives in one place.

Same product for a gym with three trainers, a 50-person studio, and the 1,000-person organisation underneath.

How it works in practice

Forward an email.
Workplace files it where it belongs.

Your team keeps using the inbox they already use. Workplace reads the message, extracts what matters, and updates the right module. No app to open. No password to learn.

Digitize everything — send a photo, PDF, Word document — workplace turns it into data!

What Workplace actually is

One window. Everything your business runs on.

Nine modules. One workspace. Use the ones you need today, and the rest stay quietly available for when the business gets bigger. Same flat price either way.

The folder of contracts. The holiday spreadsheet. The asset list someone keeps in a notebook. The vendor invoices in three different inboxes. The PINs in someone's head.

Workplace is one place for all of it — and it reads photos of receipts, PDFs, and forwarded emails into data your business can use.

Every module is also a place data goes in. Use them and Workplace gets to know your business.

What's in it

Nine modules at launch.
One operational system.

Each module handles a part of the business. Together they hold the whole operational picture — which is where the insights come from.

Documents

Every contract, payslip, certificate, invoice, and form, in one place.

The differentiator

Insights — patterns and predictions across all of the above.

When the documents, the team, the time off, the equipment, and the payroll all sit in one database, things show up that no separate tool would ever see.

See what changes
What changes when you use it

The insights every business owner wants and no small business has ever had.

When the documents, the team, the time off, the equipment, the payroll, and the expenses all sit in one database, things become visible that no separate tool would ever see.

01

Who's quietly carrying your team.

The person who shows up while colleagues are out, and who picks up the slack. Most owners only realise who they were after they leave.

Workplace tells you while there's still time.

02

Who's overdue for a conversation about retention.

Signals — tenure without a raise, peer pickup high, vacation unused — surface in the data before someone resigns.

03

What it would cost to lose someone.

Recruitment, ramp, the projects they hold, the knowledge that walks out. Most owners only learn the number after.

04

Where the operational risks are quietly accumulating.

Expiring contracts, missing equipment, vacation imbalances, departments with rising sick leave. The patterns are in the data; Workplace makes them visible.

This is the analysis a Fortune 500 HR team has and a 12-person company has never had. Now you do.

How people use it

Two ways in. Both already familiar.

A clean web app for the people who want to sit down and configure things. Plain email for everyone else — the system reads it, files it, and tells the right module what happened.

Web app

The full interface.
Upload, manage, configure, report.

Looks like ordinary software. No new vocabulary. No training day.

clean. quiet. nothing to learn.
Email

Forward an email.
Workplace files it where it belongs.

People forward what they already have — receipts, contracts, signed offers — and the system reads it, classifies it, and updates the right module. Watch:

no app to open. no password to remember.
How Workplace fits in

Nobody learns a new password. Including the IT team.

Workplace ships with an identity layer that proxies whatever your business already uses. Three steps, no migration, no second password.

Your people

Sign in with what they already use.

IdPlace

The identity layer verifies and translates.

Workplace

Signed in. No new account.

For the IT teams who want the spec sheet.

SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM provisioning, passkeys, U2F, WebAuthn, IP allowlists, device posture, optional self-hosted deployment.

Technical details for IT teams
Your data, even from us

Security in plain language. No marketing.

What's actually true about how Workplace stores, gates, and audits your business's data. The Vault module is the most visible application of all four — but every module uses them.

Encrypted where it should be.

Sensitive fields — salaries, identifiers, contracts — are encrypted with keys we don't hold. Your business holds them. We can't read what we can't decrypt.

Per-field access control.

Your business decides who sees what, field by field. The owner can see salary. The team lead sees role and tenure. Reception sees the phone number, and nothing else.

Every action audited.

Insert-only log of every read and every change. The auditor's question is "who saw what, when?" The answer is in the database, and the database can't lie.

EU infrastructure, owned by us.

Dedicated servers in Helsinki and Falkenstein. No US sub-processors. Each customer in their own database. If you'd rather host Workplace yourself, you can.

Built for any business

Same product. Two ways to buy it.

A small business owner makes the decision in an hour. A government agency's procurement team takes months. Workplace fits both, without diluting either.

For small businesses & solo operations

Self-serve, flat-priced, decision in an hour.

no sales calls, no demos, no contracts to sign

A gym with three trainers. A coffee kiosk with two staff. A 12-person design studio. A 40-person transport operation. One flat price by company size. Every module included.

  • Self-serve from sign-up. No sales call. No demo.
  • Fourteen days free. No credit card.
  • Flat price by company size. Hiring doesn't raise your bill.

For larger organisations

Dedicated infrastructure, custom contracts.

EU-only, self-hostable, audit-grade

Government agencies. Defence and aerospace contractors. Healthcare and pharma. Financial services. Multi-site retail. Educational institutions. Workplace runs on your dedicated infrastructure — or self-hosted on your servers.

  • EU sovereignty. No US sub-processors. Optional self-hosting.
  • Custom contracts & DPAs. Procurement-friendly from day one.
  • Audit-grade controls. Per-field access, insert-only log, customer-held keys.

About

A small team. A serious system.

Workplace is built by Converge Software, a small team in Zagreb. The founder spent the last twenty years inside fintech and insurance — industries where the boring operational layer underneath everything else has to be correct, auditable, and built to last.

Those backgrounds informed how Workplace is built. The data model is conservative. The encryption is field-level. The audit log is insert-only. The infrastructure is European and owned. The pricing is flat. None of this is a marketing position — it's just the only way we know how to build operational software.
