Non-taxable benefits in Estonia
Estonian employers can offer several tax-exempt fringe benefits including health and sports benefits up to €400/year per employee (exempt from income and social tax). Employer supplementary pension contributions up to a specified limit are tax-advantaged. Transport benefits for commuting to work, work-related training, and professional development are generally tax-free. Health insurance provided by the employer is covered under the social tax system.
