Non-taxable benefits in Finland
Finnish employers can offer tax-free lunch benefits (employer-subsidized canteen meals valued up to €13.10/day), commuter tickets for public transport, exercise and cultural benefits up to €400/year, bicycle benefits, and recreational activities. Occupational health care (beyond the mandatory minimum) is tax-deductible for employers. Employer-provided phone and internet are tax-free when used for work.
