Public holidays in Portugal
Portugal has 13 mandatory public holidays and up to 4 optional municipal holidays. Mandatory holidays include New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Liberty Day (April 25), Labour Day, Corpus Christi, Portugal Day (June 10), Assumption Day, Republic Day (October 5), All Saints' Day, Restoration of Independence (December 1), Immaculate Conception, and Christmas Day. The minimum annual leave is 22 working days, increasing by 1 day for each 3 years of service (up to +3 days for perfect attendance).
