Non-taxable benefits in Greece
Greek employers can offer meal vouchers (up to €6/day, tax-exempt), private health insurance, company cars (with benefit-in-kind taxation based on vehicle value), and professional development expenses. Childcare vouchers through ESPA programs are available seasonally. Employer contributions to occupational pension schemes receive favorable tax treatment. Transportation allowances and remote work equipment are generally treated as business expenses.
