Everything in Free, plus automation

The Pro plan includes everything from the Free plan — Team Directory, Documents, Email interface — and removes the limits. Unlimited people, 10 GB storage. But the real difference is what happens after a document arrives.

On the Free plan, you email a document to Workplace and it stores it. On Pro, Workplace reads the document, figures out what it is, extracts the relevant data, and files it in the right place. You forward an invoice and it becomes a classified, indexed, searchable invoice — automatically.

Auto-classification

Every document that enters Workplace gets classified. Invoice, receipt, contract, certificate, ID document, payslip, bank statement — Workplace recognizes the type and tags it accordingly. You do not pick from a dropdown. You do not create folders. You email or upload the document and it gets classified within seconds.

Classification uses a multi-model AI pipeline that first extracts text (OCR for scanned documents, text extraction for digital ones), then identifies the document type with high confidence. If the confidence is low, the document gets flagged for your review instead of being misclassified. We would rather ask you than guess wrong.

OCR and data extraction

Classification tells you what a document is. Extraction tells you what is in it. Workplace reads invoices and extracts amounts, dates, vendor names, line items. It reads contracts and extracts parties, start dates, end dates, renewal terms. It reads receipts and extracts totals, tax amounts, payment methods.

The extracted data becomes structured, searchable, and linked. When you ask "how much did we pay Vendor X last quarter?" — Workplace can answer because it extracted that data from every invoice. On the Free plan, the documents are just files. On Pro, they are data.

Smart recognition automation

The recognition pipeline does not just classify and extract — it connects. An invoice from a supplier gets linked to that supplier's profile in your Team Directory. A signed contract gets linked to the person who signed it. An expense receipt from an employee gets linked to their profile.

Over time, Workplace learns your patterns. If most invoices from a specific vendor go to a specific project or department, it suggests that routing automatically. If a document type always needs approval from the same person, it suggests that workflow. The automation builds on itself.

What changes from Free

People limit removed — unlimited team members instead of 10. Add as many people as your business needs.

Storage increased to 10 GB — ten times the Free plan. That is roughly 20,000–50,000 documents depending on file sizes.

Email limit increased — 200 emails per person per day instead of 50. High-volume document processing is now practical.
